Please remember that this outside consumption permit is an extension of your license to serve alcohol beverages, and that the same rules apply in this area as do in the regularly licensed premise area.
- Licensees must describe the area to be used for outdoor consumption of beverage alcohol and include in this description what physical barrier will define the perimeter of the area to be used.
- A licensee must have a legal control over, local authority to use or a legally binding agreement to use, the area it is applying to utilize.
- Applicants shall have until November 13, 2020 to obtain the approval of the local jurisdiction and may operate in accordance with the DLL permit pending that determination.
- Permits disapproved by a local jurisdiction shall be deemed disapproved by the Department of Liquor and Lottery.

This Provisional Outside Consumption Permit will expire on December 31, 2020. Licensee must apply to the Local Control Commissioners for the Outside Consumption Permit to remain valid after this date.
