Online Vinous and Malt Tasting Permit Application

Please read the application requirements and permit restrictions below to determine whether a wine or malt tasting permit is right for your business before selecting the link to the online application below.

Application Fee:

Application fee of $25.00 will be made to the Department of Liquor and Lottery, Liquor Division by following the link provided below.

Permit Restrictions:

Application to be filed with the Department of Liquor Control at least 5 days prior to the date of the tasting event.

Complaints

The Enforcement Division is charged with investigating possible violations of liquor laws and regulations, and carrying out law enforcement activities related to these incidents. 

We strive to protect the safety of our citizens and ensure that liquor laws and regulations are followed.  If you know of instances where public safety is an issue or the laws are not being followed,  please let us know.  Complaints can made anonymously.
