Most materials for the In-House Training can be accessed online. However, if online access or internet connectivity are an issue, you can order a hard copy of the materials sent to your business.
Anyone delivering In-House training on or after October 1, 2020 must have completed the “Train the Trainer” seminar, be a certified In-House Trainer and must follow all new requirements for the training they deliver to be considered valid. Only Certified trainers will have access to all new training material. Anyone previously trained using the In-House Training Program must be retrained following the new guidelines by a certified trainer by October 1, 2021. The 2021 deadline provides a 1-year grace period to allow trainers to bring previously trained employees into compliance.

You can download and print the order form for the kit. Mail the completed form with a $10.00 check or money order to the Division of Liquor Control . If you would like to pay with a credit card, you can order by clicking here. The kit will be mailed to you. Please be advised that due COVID-19 it may take longer for you to recieve this by mail.
