Appleton Estate V/X Rum

Imported rum from Jamaica. A blend of several types of rum, all aged between five and ten years. Deep golden amber color. Aromas of dried fruits, vanilla, brown sugar, molasses and light spice. Full-bodied, medium-sweet with notes of chestnuts, pecans, bananas, butterscotch and brown sugar. Soft, creamy and mellow finish. The Spirit Journal gives it **** ( highly recommended).


Myers's Original Dark Rum

Dark rum imported from Jamaica. Founded in 1879, Myers's is the number one premium imported dark rum in America. Made with 100% Jamaican molasses without preservatives. A blend of up to nine select rums. Matured for up to four years in white oak barrels. Very dark brown, bronze color. Aromas of citrus, black pepper, cayenne, and anise. Semi-sweet flavor with hints of cocoa. Chocolaty aftertaste.


Bacardi Eight Year Old

Aged, dark Puerto Rican rum. Crafted using the original recipe and aging process created by Don Facundo Bacardi in 1862. Aged eight years in hand-selected, small oak barrels which yields an oak-laced bouquet. Flavors of vanilla, walnut, toasted oak and orange peel. Smooth, round and complex. Best enjoyed neat or on the rocks.


Gosling Black Seal Dark Rum

Rich, full-bodied dark rum from Bermuda. Deep amber/brown color. Aromas of plum, quinine, juniper, cedar, sugarcane, and resin. Intense spicy flavors. Sweet aftertaste of sugarcane. 'Kindred Spirits' gives it *** (recommended) rating. 'Wine Enthusiast' gives it 96 points.


Goslings Gold Rum

Gold rum imported from Bermuda. The first amber (lighter) rum from the makers of Goslings Black Seal Dark Rum. Rich, golden amber color. Aromas of vanilla, apricot, mango and lightly smoked oak. Robust flavor with hints of citrus and tropical fruits and nutty undertones. Mix with tonic, cola, ginger ale or fruit juice.


Malibu Banana Flavored Rum

Banana-flavored rum created at the West Indies Rum Distillery at Brighton, Black Rock in Barbados. Malibu Caribbean Rum is aged in oak barrels for 1-2 years then blended with natural tropical banana flavors. Mix with equal amounts of Malibu Coconut Rum and pineapple juice and a dash of maraschino cherry juice for a 'Slippery Banana'.


Mt. Gay Eclipse Rum

Imported amber rum from Barbados. Made with the best molasses and the purest coral water (the water is filtered by the island's coral structure) and aged in oak. Aromas of nuts, oak, biscuits, and vanilla. The flavors reflect the nose without the oak. Long-lasting, slightly sweet aftertaste. 'Kindred Spirits' gives it a *** (recommended) rating.


Malibu Passion Fruit Rum

Passion Fruit flavored rum created at the West Indies Rum Distillery at Brighton, Black Rock in Barbados. Malibu Caribbean Rum is aged in oak barrels for 1-2 years then blended with natural passion fruit flavors and sugar to create Malibu Passion Fruit. Great in any tropical drink that calls for passion fruit syrup like a Hurricane Cocktail.


Malibu Mango Rum

Mango flavored rum created at the West Indies Rum Distillery at Brighton, Black Rock in Barbados. Malibu Caribbean Rum is aged in oak barrels for 1-2 years then blended with mango and sugar to create Malibu Mango. Double Gold winner at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.


Malibu Pineapple Rum

Pineapple flavored rum created at the West Indies Rum Distillery at Brighton, Black Rock in Barbados. Malibu Caribbean Rum is aged in oak barrels for 1-2 years then blended with pineapple and sugar to create Malibu Pineapple.


Malibu Rum

Coconut flavored light rum . Clear. Sweet coconut aroma. Intense coconut flavor with no hint of alcohol. 'Kindred Spirits' gives it a *** (recommended) rating. Good mixed with fruit juices, cola, and other sodas.


Malibu Island Melon (new!)

Melon-flavored rum created at the West Indies Rum Distillery at Brighton, Black Rock in Barbados. Malibu Caribbean Rum is aged in oak barrels for 1-2 years then blended with cantelope, honeydew and watermelon flavors. Aromas of fresh melon, with a hint of coconut and rum.Mix 1 part of Malibu Island Melon with 3 parts of iced tea and a splash of lemon-lime soda for a 'Malibu Melon Tea Twister.'


Tommy Bahama Golden Sun Rum

Aged dark rum imported from Barbados. Made with water that is slow filtered through 40,000 year-old coral stone and blackstrap molasses from the finest sugar producers in the Caribbean. Golden Sun is aged a minimum of three years in small oak barrels. Flavors of coffee, roasted nuts and pralines. Mix with premium orange liqueur, serve over crushed ice and garnish with a burnt orange twist for an 'Ancient Mariner.' The 'Spirit Journal' gives it a ****/Highly Recommended rating.


Mount Gay Silver Rum

Light-bodied white rum imported from Barbados. Made with sugar cane and coral-filtered spring water. Filtered three times for smoothness. Aromas of cane syrup and banana. Subtle flavors of peppermint, citrus, and banana with a faint hint of licorice. Mix with fresh lime juice and mint along with 1 oz. of simple syrup (sugar & water) and top with soda water for a 'Silver Mojito.'


Tommy Bahama White Sand Rum

Aged white rum imported from Barbados. Made with water slow-filtered through 40,000 year-old coral stone and blackstrap molasses from the finest sugar producers in the Caribbean. Smooth mouth feel and a clean finish with hints of tangy tropical fruit. Blend with Blue Curacao, pineapple juice, coconut cream and ice for a 'Blue Hawaiian.' The 'Spirit Journal' gives it a ***/Recommended rating.


Rhum Barbancourt Reserve Special

Eight year old dark rum imported from Haiti. Pot-stilled from fresh sugar cane juice, then barrel aged in white oak casks. Nice clarity. Sweet aromas of vanilla and oak. Flavors of honey, nougat,chocolate and walnuts. Candied finish. 'Wine Enthusiast' gives it 92 points and says it is 'Lovely, succulent, refined and aromatic.' 'Spirit Journal' gives it a ***** rating (its highest) and says it 'finishes long, luxuriously sweet, and lip-smacking good.'


Screech Rum

Jamaican dark rum that has become the traditional drink of Newfoundlanders. The tradition began years ago when salt fish from Newfoundland was shipped to the West Indies in exchange for rum. Now, visitors can sign up for an official 'Screech-In ceremony' where the participants drink a small glass of Screech then kiss an old, salty cod, then repeat the Newfoundland prayer. Those who complete the ceremony receive a printed certificate of completion.


10 Cane Rum

Sugar cane (rather than molasses) based rum imported from Trinidad. Made from the first pressing of virgin sugar cane for a lighter, smoother rum. The 'Spirit Journal' says 10 Cane has 'a one-of rum bouquet that alone is worth the asking price,' and gives it **** (Highly Recommended).

Flavors of sugar cane that are honey sweet and lightly spiced. Mix with 1 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice,1 oz. simple syrup (sugar and water) and garnish with a lime wheel for a classic 'Daiquiri.''


Admiral Nelson Spiced Rum

Gold rum blended with spices. Pale bronze-copper hue. Fiery but subdued spice aromas. Lighter-styled palate. Clean, mildly flavored finish. The Beverage Testing Institute gives it 84 points (recommended).


Bacardi Dark Rum

Blended gold rum from Puerto Rico. It starts as a blend of the same light spirits as Bacardi Light-Dry but is aged in oak for up to two years rather than one. It is charcoal filtered before aging but not filtered after, like the Light-Dry. The aging in oak produces a smooth, amber rum with a fuller body and woody flavors. Good mixed with cola, tonic, soda or in hot drinks such as apple cider.


Bacardi Select Rum

Imported dark rum from Puerto Rico. A blend of selected aged rums which are charcoal filtered for smoothness before aging in oak barrels for one to four years. Bronze, cola color. Sweet, molasses nose. Candied flavors. Finishes with flavors of black coffee. Best mixed with fuit juices, soda or in Pina Coladas.


Bacardi Dragon Fruit (new!)

Dragon fruit and strawberry flavored rum imported from Puerto Rico. All natural flavors blended with Puerto Rican light rum. Dragon fruit is a dark red fruit, covered in scales (it looks like a dragon), that is considered a 'superfruit' because of the vitamins, minerals, and antioxidents it contains. Mix with your favorite fruit juice or soda (particularly good with ginger ale or lemonade), or use instead of plain rum in a traditional 'Daiquiri.'


Bacardi Grand Melon

Watermelon flavored rum imported from Puerto Rico. All natural watermelon flavors blended with Puerto Rican light rum. Mix with tonic and garnish with a watermelon chunk or serve chilled in a martini glass rimmed with salt and garnish with skewered watermelon pieces. Highly mixable with your favorite soda or fruit juice.


Bacardi Peach Red

Peach flavored rum imported from Puerto Rico. Peach red is named for the juiciest, most flavorful part of the peach - the core. Sweet nectar from juicy California Freestone Peaches are infused with Bacardi Rum for ripe peach flavors and aromas. Mix with orange juice and a splash of grenadine for a 'Peach Nectar Martini' or with champagne for a 'Bellinitini.'


Bacardi Coco Rum

Coconut flavored rum imported from Puerto Rico. 'Perfectly transparent and clean...a lovely, elegant bouquet; the palate entry is moderately sweet and pleasingly coconut-like...a terrific addition to any pina colada recipe.' - the Spirit Journal *** Recommended rating.


Bacardi Razz Rum

Raspberry flavored Puerto Rican rum. Only the best berries – including the dark and sweet Marion berry – are picked at their peak. It is steeped and balanced with the slightly tart taste of the red raspberry before being added to premium Bacardi Rum.Clear with a fruity bouquet. The 'Spirit Journal' gives it *** (recommended rating). Mix with lemon/lime soda for a 'Razzmataz' cocktail.


Bacardi O

Imported Puerto Rican rum flavored with a blend of Valencia and Mandarin oranges and tangerines. 70 proof. Mix with juices, tonic,or straight on the rocks. Also makes an interesting Cosmopolitan (just add cranberry juice).


Bacardi Light-Dry Rum

Imported blended light rum from Puerto Rico. Clear in color. Aged in oak for at least one year. Charcoal filtered before and after aging for smoothness. Semi-dry, slightly candied nose. Minerally, peppery finish. Best mixed with cola, diet cola, Lemonade or in Daiquiris.


Bacardi Limon Rum

A blend of Puerto Rican rum and natural citrus flavors. Intense aromas of citrus. Flavors of lemon, lime, and sugarcane. Long-lasting, sweet, lemon finish. Good served on the rocks, with fruit juice or tonic.


Bacardi 151 Rum

Premium gold rum imported from Puerto Rico. Substantially higher proof than most other rums. Usually used to make exotic drinks such as Mai-Tais and Zombies.


Captain Morgan 100 Proof Spiced Rum

A blend of Puerto Rican rum, spices, and other natural flavors including vanilla, apricot, fig and tincture of cassia. Captain Morgan 100 proof is higher in alcohol content and does have a less-spicy taste than regular Captain Morgan Spiced Rum Mix with cola.


Boca Chica White Rum

Puerto Rican rum bottled in the U.S. Good with fruit juices or with your favorite mixer.


Captain Morgan Parrot Bay Pineapple Rum

A blend of Puerto Rican rum and natural pineapple flavors. Mix with your favorite fruit juice, soda or blend with cream of coconut for a pina colada.


Captain Morgan Parrot Bay Mango

A blend of Puerto Rican rum and natural mango flavors. Mix with your favorite fruit juice or soda.


Captain Mrg. Silver Spiced Rum

A blend of Puerto Rican rums, spices and other natural flavorings such as vanilla, apricot, fig and cassia. The Silver Spiced has a lighter spice taste than regular Captain Morgan's. Good mixed with fruit juices, cola and other mixers.


Captain Morgan Private Stock Rum

A premium spiced rum made from fine Puerto-Rican rum blended with spice and other natural flavors. Medium amber/orange color. More mature and less spicy aromas than the Original Spiced Rum. Flavors of spice and vanilla that complement the sweet rum. The aftertaste is of butterscotch and sherry. Serve on the rocks with a twist of lemon or lime or with mixers. Captain Morgan Spiced Rum

A blend of Puerto Rican rum, spices, and other natural flavors including vanilla, apricot, fig and tincture of cassia. Honey color. Spicy, honeyed nose that includes aromas of nutmeg, coriander, and cinnamon. Creamy texture. Flavors of molasses, honey, and spices. Long, tropical-fruit finish with just a slight bite. 'Kindred Spirits' gives it a *** (recommended) rating.


Castillo Silver Label Rum

Puerto Rican light or white rum. Aged at least one year in oak barrels for smoothness. Light-bodied and dry. Owned by Bacardi.


Captain Morgan's Parrot Bay

A blend of Puerto Rican rum and natural coconut flavors. Mix with your favorite soda, fruit juice or with pineapple juice for a quick and easy Pina Colada.


Captain Morgan Tatoo

Imported, aged Puerto Rican Black Rum blended with a combination of premium and hot spices for a mysterious sweet-to-heat finish. Best served straight or mix with 1/2 oz Blue Curacao for a Black and Blue, or with 1/2 oz Vanilla Vodka for a Black Ink.


Ron Llave Blanco Supreme Rum

Imported light (clear) rum from Puerto Rico bottled in the U.S. Nose of sugarcane. Slightly warm on the tongue. A typical white rum that is good for mixing.


Ronrico Gold Label Rum

Premium gold rum from Puerto Rico. The # 4 selling rum in the U.S. Created by the Serralles family who have made rum since 1860. A dry rum in the authentic Puerto Rican style. Cruzan Coconut Rum

Imported coconut flavored rum from the island of St. Croix in the U.S. Virgin Islands. A blend of Cruzan premium rum and natural fruit flavors. Clear. Medium-bodied. Cruzan Aged Rum Dark

Dark rum imported from the Island of St. Croix in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Triple distilled to insure a clean rum with the maximum removal of impurities. A blend of rums aged at least 2 years and as much as 4 years in charred oak bourbon barrels. Light to medium bodied with a slightly darker color than many other dark rums (this is due to the longer aging). Dry, clean taste with vanilla overtones.


Cruzan Mango Rum

Mango flavored rum, hand crafted and aged in St. Croix, U. S. Virgin Islands. A blend of premium Cruzan rum and natural fruit flavors. Mix with fruit juices or as a dessert topping over cakes or ice cream.


Cruzan Pineapple Rum

Imported pineapple flavored rum from the island of St. Croix in the U.S. Virgin Islands. A blend of premium Cruzan rum and natural fruit flavors. Good mixed with fruit juice, soda or Cruzan Coconut Rum for a Pina Colada flavored drink.


Cruzan Aged Rum Light

Cruzan Vanilla Flvrd. Rum

Cruzan Single Barrel Rum (new!)

Single barrel (means the blending is done before the aging process) rum imported from St. Croix in the U.S. Virgin Islands. A unique blend of rums aged from 5-12 years are aged in charred new American Oak barrels for about one more year and then bottled one barrel at a time. Aromas of vanilla, toasted coconut, and baked apple. Flavors of oak, vanilla, dried fruit and butterscotch. Winner of numerous awards including a Platinum Medal from the Beverage Tasting Institute in 2008. Mix 1 part Cruzan Single Barrel with a dash of orange liqueur and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice, shake with ice, and strain into a sugar-rimmed cocktail glass for a 'Cruzan Sidecar.'


Cruzan Guava Rum

Imported guava-flavored rum from the island of St. Croix in the U.S. Virgin Islands. A blend of premium Cruzan rum and natural fruit flavors. Aromas of tropical fruits including fresh guava, passion fruit, papaya and key lime. Flavors of guava, tropical fruits, and ripe pears balanced by a slight tartness. White Virgin Islands rum bottled by the Jenkins Spirits Corp. of Manchester, New Hampshire.


Mr. Boston Light Rum

Ron Rio Silver Rum

Silver Virgin Islands rum bottled by McCormick Distilling Company which was started by Doc Holiday and is now the oldest distillery west of the Mississippi. Mix with your favorite soda or juice.


Sailor Jerry Spiced Navy Rum

Virgin Islands rum blended with vanilla, lime and other spices. It's higher in proof (92 proof) and spiced with a hint of cherry. Named after the famous tattoo artist Sailor Jerry Collins. Mix with Blue Curacao and pineapple juice for a 'Sailor's Lagoon' or with vanilla-flavored cola and a generous splash of grenadine for a 'Black Pearl.'


Jenkins Silver Rum

Virgin Islands white rum bottled by the Jenkins Spirits Corp. of Manchester, New Hampshire.


S. S. Pierce Dark Rum

Dark rum from the Virgin Islands. May be used as a mixer for any rum based drink. The S.S. Pierce company has been in business since 1831.
