Three Philosophers Beer

Belgian style ale made in Cooperstown, NY. Blended with Lindemans Kriek, a cherry lambic (beer) from Belgium for complex flavors of dark cherries, caramel malt, toffee and chocolate. Similar to Port Wine - great for cellaring at cool temperatures. Serve with roasted meats, rich cheeses and desserts. Also good as an after dinner drink. The 750ml is cork finished.


Duvel Beer

Strong golden ale imported from Belgium. Complex aroma and flavor of an ale with the refreshing drinkability of a lager. Enjoy cold and serve with casual fare, spicy cuisine or seafood. The 750ml is cork-finished. Named as on of the five greatest beers in the world by Michael Jackson (the well known malt beverages connoisseur).


Ommegana Beer

An Abbey ale (inspired by the Trappist monks of Belgium) produced by the Brewery Ommegang in Cooperstown, NY. Dark, aromatic, and malty with complex flavors of dried fruit and spices. Serve slightly chilled to room temperature. Suitable for cellaring. Pair with rich cheeses, roasted meats or any dish the can be paired with dark red wine. The 750ml is cork-finished.


La Fin Du Monde

Triple fermented golden ale imported from Chambly, Canada. Refermented in the bottle and 9% alcohol. This type of beer was originally developed by monks in the Middle Ages to be served for special occasions. Blonde with a golden hue. Aromas of wild spices. It has a vigorous presence in the mouth and a strong personality. Slightly tart, with balanced flavors of wild spices, malt and hops. Winner of the Platinum Medal from the Beverage Testing Institute for 1995 and 1996. Shelf life of 8 years. Can replace wine with meals or serve with desserts or cheeses.


Trois Pistoles

Strong dark ale imported from Chambly, Canada. Aromas of ripe fruits and chocolate. It can be compared to an old port. Brewed from well roasted malt with a 9% alcohol content. Rich thick foam. Can be kept in a cellar for 10-15 years and improves with age. Serve as an aperitif or an after dinner drink or instead of coffee. Goes well with pastas, venison or roasted game.


Don De Dieu

Triple wheat ale imported from Chambly, Canada. Refermented in the bottle and 9% alcohol. White with orange hue. Aromas of vanilla and ripe fruits, lightly hopped. Rich, creamy and full-bodied. Delicate flavors of spice. Shelf life is 2 years. Serve with meats and cheeses. Don de Dieu was the name of Samuel de Champlain's (founder of Quebec) ship.
