Suspended Licenses

The Vermont Department of Liquor Control maintains a database of unrenewed, suspended, and revoked liquor licenses.  All liquor licenses in the State of Vermont expire at midnight on April 30th.  Those licenses listed as unrenewed have expired, and it is no longer lawful for the expired license holder to make orders for or receive orders of beer, wine or spirituous liquors.  They are also prohibited from selling or serving alcoholic beverages on their premises.  The same holds true for licensees who have had their licenses suspended (summarily or not) or revoked by either the Liquor Control Board or the Local Control Commissioners.
