Clubs
  1. A club member of the club concerned is hereby defined as any person who has the full privileges of the club.

  2. A guest of a club is hereby defined as a person accompanied by a member at the club. A member of the club concerned may have as his/her guests a maximum of three persons.

  3. Auxiliary members of the club concerned may have full privileges of the club facilities. Auxiliary members do have the privilege of inviting one guest.

  4. Members of the club shall be responsible for their guests and see that their guests leave at the time or before the member leaves the club.

  5. Clubs which have a charter from their national organization may allow a visiting member and a guest and auxiliary members of the organization the privileges of the club as guests.

  6. Club licensees shall apply in writing to the Liquor Control Board for permission to hold parties or other social functions that are not club related not later than thirty days before the date of such function. All requests for such permission shall contain the date, time and nature of function.

  7. Doors of the club most commonly used shall be equipped with a spring lock and shall be equipped with a bell or a buzzer for use to gain entrance. The Board may upon application of the club, modify this requirement if, in its judgment, the enforcement of the regulation is impractical.

  8. Except in country clubs, the number of social memberships shall not exceed one for each four regular memberships, and except in country clubs, no social member shall have the privilege of inviting guests.

  9. A club holding a license issued by the Liquor Control Board may hold bingo games on its licensed premises exclusively for members and bona fide guests, with the bar open. However, upon written request from a club, the Board may grant permission, for a maximum period of one year, to have public bingo games on the licensed premises on specified nights, with the understanding the bar is closed during bingo unless the bingo area is separate from the bar area on the night of the bingo game. This permission may be renewed by the club, on written request to the Board.
